INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS

My UltraBaby Ltd incorporating Private Ultrasound. Private Ultrasound Packages will be available until the 31st December 2011. From the 1st January 2011, only My UltraBaby Packages will be offered.

At PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND we are always available to give you peace of mind.

If you would like any type of examination repeated or would like to get screening for risks such as Down’s syndrome you can come to us and we will help you at a time that suits you.

As these ultrasounds are diagnostic we do need the involvement of your GP, midwife or specialist. On the day of the examination we need the full name, address and other contact details of your Midwife, GP or Specialist. It cannot be easier. Just phone us on 08450 178715 for a booking to suit you.
Lines are open 9-9 mon- sun and we charge £30 booking fee with 48hrs to cancel appointments.
